Founded by a caregiver, run like a family
Angel Care Services INC was founded by Ahmed Ali, who has served Minnesota families in home health care since 2018, first in clients' homes and later managing care teams. He built this agency to bring that same hands-on standard to the whole community.
Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health in 2026, we work from our office on Central Avenue in Northeast Minneapolis and serve families across the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. Every client gets a written care plan, a caregiver chosen for them, and a nurse who checks in regularly.
