Angel Care Services INC was founded in Minneapolis by people who had been family caregivers themselves and knew exactly what good help should feel like.
Ahmed Ali built Angel Care on eight years of showing up
Ahmed Ali has served Minnesota families in home health care since 2018. He started where the work is hardest, in clients' homes, and went on to manage care teams and the daily operations that keep an agency running. Along the way he learned exactly what families notice: whether the caregiver arrives on time, whether someone answers the phone, and whether their loved one is treated with respect.
In October 2025 he applied for his own license, and in March 2026 the Minnesota Department of Health approved Angel Care Services INC for basic and comprehensive home health care. He founded the agency for one reason: to serve the community he loves with the standard of care he had spent years working toward.
Today, from our office on Central Avenue in Northeast Minneapolis, Ahmed leads a team that stays deliberately small, so our nurses know every client, our schedulers know every caregiver, and problems get solved with a phone call instead of a ticket.

Why I started Angel Care
I have spent my career in people's homes, and I know what good care looks like because I have given it. Angel Care exists so that every family in our community can have that: caregivers who show up, nurses who pay attention, and an owner who answers the phone himself.
